Autumn League Winners and Runners-Up

The Cork Orienteering Club Autumn League drew to a close on Tuesday evening in Farran Forest Park. Over the four events in the Autumn League there were 150 individual participants with 41 of these attending 3 or more events and thus finishing the league. The addition of the new trails course to the Autumn League seemed to attract some new people to the events. We hope they enjoyed the trails and got a taste of what orienteering is all about.

Following the last event the league tables have been updated and we can now reveal that the Autumn League Course Winners and Runners-up are as follows:

Long Course Men's League

WINNER:        Dermot O'Sullivan (5 pts) 
Runner-up:     Brian Corbett (9 pts)
3rd:                 John Scannell (10 pts)


Long Course Women's League

JOINT WINNERS:       Ailbhe Creedon/Niamh Corbett (4pts)
Runner-up:                Eibhlin Cleary (8pts)

Short Course League

WINNER:        Joe Bosonnet (4pts)
Runner-up:     Sienna Bosonnet (8pts)
3rd:                 Aoife O'Sullivan (11 pts)
4th:                 Liz Deane (19pts)
5th:                 Jerry Moynihan (35pts)

Trail Course League
WINNER:        Fiona Craven (4 pts)
Runner-up:      Margaret O'Connell (10 pts)
