CorkO winter circuit training

Hi

Hope you had a great Christmas and best wishes for 2018.

There's an exciting year of orienteering fixtures ahead: an Irish champs in Sligo and Donegal; the Shamrock O-ringen around the Cork - Kerry border.

If you'd like to be in good condition to enjoy the orienteering why not join our winter circuit training group. There are 5 spaces remaining.
All fitness levels and all ages 16-70+ are welcome..

Last winter CorkO organised a successful Strength and Conditioning class throughout the winter. 16 of us did a weekly session improving our flexibility and balance. The training is specially geared to running helping to avoid injuries and improve your strength and stride.

This winter we'll again be doing a class with a professional trainer  in Fitnessworx gym on the Tramore Road

When:-       8pm on Monday evenings
Start-date:- Monday 8th January
Duration:-   12 weeks
Cost:-         CorkO members €60 non-members €70

All fitness levels welcome, everyone can do the exercises at their own pace.

Non-CorkO members welcome.
