Welcome to the Shamrock O-Ringen 2009 website. Cork Orienteering Club is happy to announce that in 2009, the Shamrock O-Ringen will be held on the challenging open terrain surrounding the beautiful town of Killarney, Co. Kerry.

- Day 1: Black Lakes West (Middle Distance)
- Day 2: Crohane Mountain (Classic Distance)
- Day 3: Muckross, Killarney National Park (Chasing Start)
This beautiful terrain was previously used for the Orienteering World Cup in 1998. Click here for descriptions of the terrain on each day, including map samples.

The Irish Sprint-O Champs took place in Killarney on Friday May 29th,
in the evening before Day 1 of the Shamrock. Click here for more details.
In 2009, it will be 20 years since the first Shamrock O-Ringen competition was held.
