Having already secured the 2017 Summer League Men's Long Course Championship title Conrad Daly didn't need to worry about his time on Tuesday night so to make things interesting he put on a head cam and recorded his race.

It seems even our Summer League Champion struggled with a few of the controls in this tricky little wood or perhaps the added pressure of the live recording disrupted his normal flow.

It is certainly interesting to see his speed of decision making and route choice on the various legs. The undergrowth was no obstacle to him on his travels.
