Orienteering grabbed headlines in publications in both Cork and Kerry this week. There was a report on the Walshtown East Summer League event in Thursday's issue of the Evening Echo. Thanks to John Walshe for giving our sport this great coverage.

If you missed the article in the print edition we've included the it below if you would like to read it.

Across the county bounds in Kerry the orienteering prowess of CorkO member Darren Burke made headline news in the Kerry Eye this week. Darren is part of the Irish team who will be competing in the World Orienteering Championships in Finland at the start of July. Darren will be representing Ireland in both the Sprint and Middle distance events. We wish him the best of luck and will be cheering him on all the way!
