Summer League #2: Currabinny Event Info

The second event in the Cork Orienteering Summer League will take place in Currabinny Wood, Ringaskiddy on Tuesday the 15th of May.
The wood is located 5km from Ringaskiddy or 7km from Carrigaline. The event will be signposted from the turn off from the Carrigaline - Ringaskiddy road at the Sandoz factory.

The Long course will be 4.2k and will have 20 controls.
The Short course will be 2.0k and will have 10 controls.
As usual start times are from 5:30pm to 7pm.Â
After the recent heavy rain many of the paths are muddy in places so O Shoes will be the most suitable footwear. For competitors who choose cross country routes between controls full leg cover is advisable and be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the mysterious gnome!
