Summer League #2: Currabinny Wood TUESDAY MAY 21ST Event Info

The 2nd event in the Cork Orienteering Club Summer League takes place at Currabinny Wood, Ringaskiddy next Tuesday, May 21st.

The wood is located 5km from Ringaskiddy or 7km from Carrigaline. The event will be signposted from the turn off from the Carrigaline - Ringaskiddy road at the Sandoz factory.

The Long course will be 4k and will have 14 controls.

The Short course will be 2.1k and will have 10 controls.

The short course is buggy friendly.

As usual start times are from 5:30pm to 7pm.

As you can see from the photo opposite Currabinny is looking lovely at the minute with bluebells and flush of green leaves, looks like pretty nice terrain for a run around.
