T - 5 Days to the Closing Date for entry into the 2015 Munster Orienteering Championships

This week a number of military convoys have been converging on Kilworth Camp to take part in the largest military exercise in Ireland in recent years. The exercise, code named “Dark Nights” will involve 650 personnel from the Defence Forces.Hopefully, on Sunday December 13th a convoy of orienteers will be sighted converging on this same location for an event code named “MOC15”.
That’s right the 2015 Munster Orienteering Championships will take place at Kilworth Camp on Sunday December 13th. The closing date for entry is fast approaching. The deadline for entry is Monday November 30th so don't delay and get your entry in ahead of the closing date. With an updated map of the area the event promises to offer some challenging orienteering on open moorland terrain.
