Summer League #8 Warrenscourt Wood, Kilmurry Tuesday July 9th

The penultimate event in the 2024 CorkO Summer League takes place on Tuesday July 9th in Warrenscourt Wood, Kilmurry, Co. Cork.

Remember you need to attend six events to complete this year's Summer League.

There are just two chances left to improve on your overall league position and to overtake your Summer League rivals.

COURSE INFO

Long Course : 4.2km, 19 controls, 65m  climb

Short Course: 2.3km, 11 controls, 35m climb

ENTRY

Online entries close at 6pm on Sunday July 7th

START TIMES

Competitors can start anytime between 5:30pm and 6:45pm.

PARKING

Please park with consideration. If you are travelling alone in a car, consider parking up in the village and walking/jogging the 500m down to the wood as parking spaces in the wood are limited or maybe even carpool. 

If parking in the wood please do not block the access road by parking on the narrow parts!

There’s farm machinery using the public road so please leave the road free.

DIRECTIONS

The event will be signposted from Kilmurry,  (heading W from Cork city on the N22 to Macroom - turn left immediately after Lissarda village & staying left to get to Kilmurry.

At the far (S) end of Kilmurry village turn right at the junction and follow Coillte signs to wood.
