2025 Autumn League #2

Autumn League #2 Warrenscourt Wood, Kilmurry Tuesday September 2nd

The second event in the 2025 CorkO Autumn League takes place on Tuesday Sept 2nd in Warrenscourt Wood, Kilmurry, Co. Cork.

The short course will be on good tracks/forest roads while the long course will have some route choice through the forest. 

COURSE INFO

The map scale is 1:7,500

Long course: 4.0km 100m of climb

Short course: 2.3km 50m of climb

Short course is buggy friendly, while full leg cover is advised on the long course.

There are some new mountain bike tracks in the woods & not all of these are shown on map.

START TIMES

Competitors can start anytime between 5:15pm and 6.45pm. 

Controls will be collected at 7.30pm sharp.

PARKING

Please park with consideration. If you are travelling alone in a car, consider parking up in the village and walking/jogging 500m down to the wood as parking spaces in the wood are limited or maybe even carpool. If parking in the woods please do not block the access road by parking on the narrow parts!

DIRECTIONS

The event will be signposted from Kilmurry village,  (heading W from Cork city on the N22 to Macroom - turn left immediately after Lissarda village & staying left to get to Kilmurry.  

At the far (S) end of Kilmmury village turn right at the junction & follow Coillte signs to wood.
