All the Action From the CorkO Club Training Day

Thanks to all those who attended our club training day on Saturday November 5th. Everyone really enjoyed the training exercises and the novelty of some indoor orienteering. Hopefully all who attended also learned some valuable techniques which will help improve their map reading ability.

Huge thanks to our club coach Jens Waechter for organising the morning and for compiling a great video of all the action in the sports hall. Thanks also to Liam O'Brien for assisting on the day and arranging the great venue at Midleton CBS.
