CorkO invite you for join us on Sunday 3rd March for orienteering at Ballydrehid, located at the eastern tip of the Galtees, adjacent to Cahir.
The map covers an extensive area of nice forest and open ground. The area has not been used for over 20 years and has been completely remapped in the last few months, The map is at a scale 1:10,000 with 5m contours from Lidar, thanks to the IOA. The terrain is generally fast with the bracken low and courses will make for interesting route choice decisions.
It will be the first event in the Southwest league and will also feature an Inter Club Challenge between CorkO and KerryO. Your club needs you as we take on the might of The Kingdom!
